No. It is a cosmetic analysis by a certified trichologist. We look at your scalp under magnification and build a care plan. For medical concerns we will always tell you to see your doctor.
No. Every service you already book is still here, same rooms, same team. The scalp studio is an addition, not a replacement.
Arrive with dry hair if you can. The analysis takes about 45 minutes, you watch the screen the whole time, and you leave with your written analysis and a plan.
Each return visit starts with a fresh look at the same five zones, side by side with your last analysis, so you can see the change rather than take our word for it.

Policies
We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are charged in full. Color-correction and hair-extension services, and semi-permanent makeup, require a deposit to book.
If you are not satisfied, we will correct the service at no additional cost within 7 days of your original appointment, with your original stylist.
No refunds on services. All retail sales are final; unopened products may be exchanged within 30 days.
A deposit is required for hair-extension and color-correction services and for semi-permanent makeup. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
Gift cards
Gift cards are available in any amount, in the salon or by phone. Balances are not refundable, and lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
Parking
Metered parking (Passport app) in the Old Pasadena village lot and on the side streets, or the Holly Street parking structure directly across from the spa. Hourly rates apply.
